Job summary

The Community Builders Twin Cities Region in Minnesota seeks a Regional Support Liaison to provide on-site management coverage and operational support for properties facing vacancies or performance challenges.

Reporting to the Regional Director of Property Management, you'll help maintain leasing, compliance, and resident relations while coordinating with operations leadership on special projects. This role requires five days in the office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of progressive property management experience, preferably in mixed-income communities.
• Strong candidates with Assistant Community Manager experience will be considered; CM experience valued.
• Solid knowledge of occupancy standards, recertification, and lease-up procedures.
• Ability to travel frequently within the Chicago Region with short notice; driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as interim Site Manager/Assistant Manager during leaves or vacancies and support leasing, rent collection and compliance.
• Provide targeted operational support to boost occupancy and stabilize performance metrics.
• Assist lease-up activities for new developments, including marketing and move-in coordination.
• Support compliance, reporting, EIV reviews, and tracking of vacancy losses and damages.
• Collaborate with Regional leadership and site teams; mentor staff during assignments.
