Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Regional Manager in the Multifamily Industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to a region of on-site team members.
• Conduct monthly on-site inspections of properties within designated region.
• Consult and mentor on-site managers to analyze opportunities for improvement, provide solutions, and monitor outcomes.
• Work with Community Managers in preparation of annual operation budgets.
• Monitor budget control.
• Complete monthly financial review to ensure operational and financial goals are met.
• Monitor property maintenance issues and recommend capital improvements to maintain community market position.
