Qualifications

• 5+ years regional manager experience in the multi-family housing industry.
• Proven success in asset recovery, turnaround strategies, and operational improvement.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Solid budgeting, forecasting, and investor reporting capabilities.
• Customer service-focused with ability to build trust with residents, staff, investors, and ownership groups.

Responsabilités

• Drive operational performance to meet or exceed ownership/investor expectations.
• Develop and execute turnaround strategies for underperforming assets.
• Monitor property financials, including rent collections, expense management, and variance reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to ownership groups, asset managers, and executive leadership.
• Maintain strong customer service standards to maximize resident retention and community reputation.
• Train, mentor, and develop onsite management teams for policy and performance consistency.
• Conduct regular property visits to assess conditions, practices, and compliance.
• Collaborate with accounting and asset management on budgets, forecasts, and collections.
• Lead marketing, leasing, and resident engagement initiatives to drive occupancy.
• Coordinate with ownership and investors on strategy and capital improvements.
