Summit Property Management is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee a Houston portfolio. The role requires leadership of maintenance teams, budget oversight, and coordination with property managers to keep properties safe, functional, and compliant.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in maintenance/facilities with 4+ years in regional leadership.
- Expert in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance.
- Proficient with property management software for reporting and metrics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to extend asset life.
- Draft scopes of work and bid repairs and capital projects.
- Conduct regular property inspections for compliance and upkeep.
- Prepare properties for lender inspections.
- Coordinate vendor relationships for repairs and capital projects.
- Collaborate with managers to resolve resident maintenance issues.
- Monitor budgets and maintain records of activities and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.
- Train and mentor onsite maintenance teams.
