Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Regional Community Supervisor to lead operations across multiple high-end multifamily communities in the Austin area. You will recruit, train, and support on-site staff while driving occupancy, revenue, and budget targets in a compliant framework.

This role covers properties in Austin, TX with regular regional travel. Drive excellence in resident experience and vendor relationships to propel community performance and growth for the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree in real estate, property management, or related field is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of property management or related experience with a strong track record.
• At least 3 years on-site multifamily property management with ownership-level responsibilities for resident lifecycle across 5+ properties.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, develop, and supervise on-site staff, ensuring compliance with policies and performance expectations.
• Oversee daily property operations, managing budgets, revenue, and expenditures to meet financial goals.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, landlord-tenant laws, and company policies.
• Oversee risk management, including preventive maintenance and insurance compliance.
