The role involves driving occupancy and leasing performance while leading and holding Community Managers accountable. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience and a proven track record in improving occupancy rates and financial performance. Qualifications

We are a growing real estate investment and management company focused on performance, accountability, and strong onsite teams. This role is ideal for someone who understands operations, knows how to push occupancy, and can confidently lead Community Managers to hit their goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple Texas multifamily communities
• Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and revenue growth
• Review financials, monitor budgets, and control expenses
• Coach, support, and hold Community Managers accountable
• Conduct regular property walks and site visits
• Monitor marketing performance and online reputation
• Assist with capital improvements and renovation projects
• Ensure company policies and standards are consistently followed
