Job summary

RPM Living seeks a Regional Manager to oversee the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of properties. This hands‑on leader will drive team performance, maintain client relationships, and ensure execution of business strategies aligned with company objectives.

You will recruit, coach, and mentor site teams, conduct performance reviews, and partner with HR on policy compliance. This role involves travel to sites four days per week, with a focus on budgeting, vendor management, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university.
• Four years in multifamily property management, with at least two years in a Community Manager role.
• Experience with third‑party management.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi.
• Knowledge of revenue management software (LRO, AIRM, Yieldstar).
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop on‑site teams.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and interview process for all site‑level positions.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with HR on issues and ensure policy compliance.
• Conduct onboarding, training, and mentoring of team members.
• Perform site visits weekly and schedule client calls.
• Develop and execute business plans for each community on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
• Approve expenses and manage expense reporting.
• Review financial reporting and approve POs and invoices.
