Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead a portfolio of properties from our Phoenix office. You will oversee regional operations, manage client relationships, and drive financial performance, leveraging data to guide decisions.

The role involves coordinating with capital management, facilities, HR, and operations to ensure targets are met. The ideal candidate has deep property management experience, strong leadership, budgeting and forecasting skills, and a track record of scaling

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education or equivalent experience in business or real estate.
• 5 years in property management leadership with at least 4 years multi-site leadership.
• Experience with third-party management and business development preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional managers and onsite teams to meet performance benchmarks.
• Oversee financial stewardship, budget adherence and annual concessions.
• Maintain client relations through regular reviews and discussions.
• Drive operational efficiency and ensure policies are followed.
• Coordinate with HR, Marketing, and Capital teams to align goals.
