You will manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with leasing, maintenance, and corporate teams to optimize occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business or Real Estate or related field.
• Proven leadership experience managing diverse properties.
• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi or Real Page).
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• 3 years minimum of relevant experience.
