Job summary

Asset Living in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations of a multi-site housing portfolio. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial administration, and risk management to ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting and marketing skills, and the ability to drive resident satisfaction through strategic leasing and proactive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing housing communities or portfolios.
• Strong leadership and staff development.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Proficient in on-site property management software.
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community portfolio, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff; ensure policy compliance.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and provide monthly evaluations.
• Develop marketing plans and leasing strategies to generate rentals and retain residents.
• Coordinate capital improvements and manage vendor contracts.
• Ensure property safety, fair housing compliance, and OSHA requirements.
• Travel 25-50% of time for property visits, conferences and training.
