You will oversee budgets, staffing, leasing events, and compliance with housing laws while coordinating with asset management and corporate support teams to drive performance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in property management
• Strong knowledge of market-rate communities
• Experience with landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Maximize operating efficiency and financial performance of the portfolio by developing strategic plans.
• Manage communities to achieve financial and operational targets, including rent optimization.
• Perform regular market studies to align rents and fees with the market.
• Monitor performance related to occupancy, delinquency, renewals, and expenses.
• Oversee on-site operations including budget, vendors, and rent collections.
• Lead budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing standards and state requirements.
• Lead staff development and supervision across multiple properties.
• Ensure property safety audits and maintain safety standards.
