Job summary
Morgan Group is seeking a property/portfolio manager to lead operations, budgeting, and marketing for an assigned Houston portfolio. You will oversee Community Managers, ensure lease and maintenance standards, and drive revenue through smart marketing and oversight of capital projects.
You will prepare monthly financials, collaborate with senior leadership, and maintain strong resident relations while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience leading property management teams and coordinating across departments.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
- Experience in leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations, financial management, and marketing for the assigned portfolio.
- Adhere to Fair Housing laws and Morgan standards.
- Supervise Community Managers and conduct regular property inspections.
- Prepare monthly financials, summaries, and variance reports.
- Collaborate with Development Team on new construction projects.
- Develop and submit annual budgets to senior leadership.
