RPM Living in Kentucky is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of multifamily properties. You will lead hands-on teams, optimize client relationships, and execute business strategies that align with company objectives.

You will mentor site leaders, manage budgets and reporting, coordinate HR and vendor activities, and drive weekly and monthly business plans to achieve growth and high resident satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in multifamily property management with leadership experience.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Experience with Yardi and revenue management tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee recruitment and interview process for site-level positions.
• Lead regular team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with HR on policies and conflict resolution.
• Onboard, train, and mentor team members for success.
• Perform site visits and schedule client calls.
• Develop and execute community business plans weekly/monthly/quarterly.
• Manage expenses, budgets, and financial reporting for portfolios.
• Inspect properties and ensure maintenance and compliance.
