Qualifications

Experience in property management with a track record in operations and finance.
Proven leadership of teams and cross-functional coordination.
Strong knowledge of property operations, compliance, and maintenance processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day property operations to maintain high service and compliance standards
Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
Lead, coach, and support property teams to deliver exceptional resident and stakeholder experiences
Oversee property maintenance, vendor coordination, and issue resolution
Identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices across the portfolio
Monitor performance metrics and report on outcomes and property status
