RPM Living is looking for a Regional Manager to oversee the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of multifamily properties. This hands-on leader will drive team performance, maintain client relationships, and ensure execution of business strategies aligned with company goals.

The role requires recruitment, coaching, onboarding, budgeting, and regular site visits to optimize operations and profitability across communities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university. Experience may substitute for education.
• Four years in multifamily property management, with at least two years in a Community Manager role.
• 3rd party management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Property Management Software such as Yardi.
• Familiarity with revenue management tools like LRO, AIRM, Yieldstar.

Aufgaben

• Oversee recruitment and interview processes for all site-level positions within the portfolio.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and annual performance reviews.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure compliance with policies and provide conflict resolution.
• Conduct onboarding, training, and mentoring of team members.
• Perform site visits weekly and schedule client calls.
• Serve as the primary client liaison and ensure timely follow-up after visits and calls.
• Develop and execute business plans for each community on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.
• Approve expense requests and manage expense reporting.
