Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a lead/project management professional to guide regional projects from kickoff to completion. You will provide technical guidance, align with customer requirements, and ensure proper documentation and scheduling across engineering teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales and aftermarket teams, with a focus on safety, continuous improvement, and delivering custom engineering solutions in a regional footprint.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM field (or equivalent).
• Experience managing or supporting projects with custom engineered systems, services, or industrial solutions.
• Willing to travel up to 30% and able to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support engineers executing regional projects.

• Partner with regional Aftermarket Sales teams to identify project opportunities and define scopes of work.
• Support development of regional project solutions.
• Promote safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated experience managing or supporting projects involving custom engineered systems, services, or industrial solutions
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in field service, project management, project engineering, or customer support
• Willing and able to travel up to 30%
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Current project management certification, such as PMP (preferred)
• Ovation Control System exposure or other Distributed Control Systems (DCS) experience (preferred)
