Job summary

Landis+Gyr, a global energy technology leader, seeks a Project Delivery Manager to serve as the regional PMO partner to the Operations Directors. You will coordinate diverse projects, drive regional governance, change control, and consistent reporting to ensure the highest quality of service for customers.

In this role you will mentor PMs during initiation and planning, lead gate reviews, support proposals, and push continual process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and setting aligned expectations.
• Experience in software/system deployment projects.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
• CAPM/PMP certification preferred.
• Experience delivering in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage project governance, change control and reporting.
• Lead Gate Reviews for projects ensuring compliance.
• Conduct monthly project audits and monitor data quality.
• Mentor PMs during initiation and planning and development of PM plans.
• Drive process improvements to simplify project execution.
• Support proposal team with schedules and statements of work.
• Provide direction to PMO analysts.
