Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Project Management or a related field leading customer accounts.
• Experience managing customer accounts of $100M or more.
• Strong business acumen including forecasting revenues/expenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to the program team.
• Act as the principal customer interface and stakeholder partner.
• Coordinate and prioritize activities of supervisors within the contract team.
• Drive issues to resolution independently or with company resources.
