Job summary

Landis+Gyr is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead daily planning and execution of service contracts and client relationships. You will oversee on‑site and subcontractor activities, align with corporate goals, and manage budgets, schedules, and revenue streams for AMI and smart grid deployments.

The role requires 7+ years in program/project management within a multi‑disciplinary setting, with strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, network, systems, computer, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Project Management or similar multi‑disciplined environment leading customer accounts.
• Experience in utility or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities to maintain cost, quality, and schedule parameters.
• Lead installation, maintenance and performance of network per contract schedule.
• Develop review processes for deployment and maintenance and test plans.
• Lead weekly and monthly meetings with customers and corporate HQ.
• Manage multiple projects within a customer account or region.
• Provide leadership, mentor team members, and manage personnel actions.
• Ensure schedules, performance metrics, and budgets are met.
