Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in California seeks a Sr. Director to lead the Project & Development Services line for the regional portfolio.

You will oversee project operations, budgets, client relations, and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver design, planning and construction in a dynamic real estate environment. As a core member of the regional leadership team, you will drive strategy, mentor staff, ensure performance against SLA and KPI, and collaborate with service line peers to provide best-in-class

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Admin or related field.
• 12+ years of related experience with 2+ years in management.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, scheduling and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Regular interface with internal and external clients to ensure successful delivery of project management services and client goals.
• Act with fiduciary responsibility to client projects, including complete financial management of project budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain client relationships and manage escalated issues to resolution.
• Demonstrate competence across varied project types in complex environments.
• Oversee staff performance, policy adherence and team motivation; manage resources and SLA/KPI delivery.
• Identify risks with Regional Director and ensure proper project supervision and vendor performance.
