Job summary

CBRE seeks a Project Manager to oversee real estate projects in the United States. You will guide projects from initiation to closeout, coordinating with clients, design teams, and field staff to meet scope, schedule, and budget.

You will manage documentation, governance, and risk while applying standard PM practices. A LEED AP, PMP, or CCM designation is preferred; 5–8 years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects from initiation through closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare project scope, milestones, and resource needs.
• Define delivery resources from internal teams and ensure governance and data integrity.
