Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Regional Project Controls Manager to lead cost tracking and scheduling for PMO outages and expansions. You will work closely with project managers, procurement, and regional teams, delivering accurate cost forecasts and KPIs.

Travel to sites is required, with a typical 50% time away. Strong communication and Primavera/MS Project skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in outage planning and cost tracking within large projects.
• Ability to develop cost-loaded schedules and track progress.
• Strong communication with management and teams at all levels.
• Experience with vendor cost control and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create and update large PMO project schedules at L3/L4 levels.
• Budget load, track actuals, and estimate at completion for outages.
• Review payment terms and align invoices with progress.
• Travel to sites to audit costs and meet project teams.
• Mentor team members and manage third-party resources.
