Job summary

Crusoe Energy is seeking an experienced Regional Manager, Project Controls to provide leadership across multiple large-scale construction projects, driving cost, schedule, risk, and reporting governance. You will lead a team of cost professionals, partner with onsite vendors, and deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Project Controls and Construction Cost Management.
• Experience leading teams and managing external vendors delivering cost and scheduling services.
• Proven leadership of program- or area-wide initiatives focused on standardization and continuous improvement.
• Advanced financial and analytical skills to evaluate cost and schedule holistically.
• Strong communication skills to translate data into insights for senior leaders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide area-level leadership across multiple concurrent construction projects.
• Drive standardization and best practices across cost management, scheduling, change and risk management, and reporting.
• Lead a team of cost managers with monthly cost reporting, cash flow forecasting, change and risk management, and client billing submissions.
• Assess cost and schedule health across an area or program and identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop and communicate clear, actionable financial and schedule insights to leadership and clients.
• Manage delivery of cost management and scheduling services by onsite vendors.
• Support program governance with accurate, timely reporting across all projects.
• Collaborate with construction, engineering, procurement, and leadership teams for project execution.
