Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Project Controls Director to lead the regional portfolio, overseeing cost management, scheduling, forecasting, and risk management. This role participates in a hands-on leadership capacity to drive performance and improve portfolio outcomes.

The Director works with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Project Management to ensure disciplined execution, proactive risk handling, and value protection across multiple projects in the region.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Strong leadership, forecasting, risk management and communication skills are required to drive regional project controls.
Experience with project controls tools and financial planning is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead regional Project Controls across the portfolio and partner with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Project Management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Integrate cross-functional teams to align scope, schedule, cost, risk, and resources.
Develop and monitor forecasts, EACs, and performance analytics to protect project value and performance.
