Job summary

Trane Technologies is hiring for a Project PA in the Southeast Region. The role supports transmission of Quoted work, FYLWs, and ESUs, plus materials and regional project billing. It requires close collaboration with the Area Service Manager and service team to ensure timely project completion.

The position emphasizes coordination, documentation, and timely reporting, with on-site work Monday to Thursday and flexible Friday locations. A HS diploma and 0–2 years' related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with up to two years of related experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team members for accurate, timely processing of project work packages and transmissions.
• Process purchase orders and initiate invoicing; generate and print reports.
