Job summary

Trane Technologies is hiring for a Project PA in the Southeast Region. The role supports transmission of Quoted work, FYLWs, and ESUs, plus materials and regional project billing. It requires close collaboration with the Area Service Manager and service team to ensure timely project completion.

The position emphasizes coordination, documentation, and timely reporting, with on-site work Monday to Thursday and flexible Friday locations. A HS diploma and 0–2 years' related experience are expected.

Where is the work:

Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.

Trane has a new exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Project PA for the Southeast Region. Locations for this role would be within the SE Region. Under direct supervision, the Project PA is responsible for transmission of Quoted work, FYLWs and ESUs, as well as POS for materials and regional project billing. This position is required to closely interact with the Area Service Manager and assigned service team members to ensure the timely completion of each project.

What you will do:

• Coordinates with various team members for accurate and timely processing of project work packages and transmissions.
• Responsible for general administrative functions to include processing purchase orders and initiating invoicing.
• Responsible for generating, interpreting, and printing various assigned reports.
• Communicates effectively with other team members.

What you will bring:

• High School diploma or GED and up to two (2) years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have strong communication skills, ability to multi-task, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proven experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a high-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$63,111.66 - $87,639.99 Compensation Type: Exception Hourly Incentive Eligible: No Sales Commission Eligible: No
