Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Project PA for the Southeast Region. You will transmit quoted work, FYLWs and ESUs, manage POS for materials and regional project billing, and coordinate with the Area Service Manager to ensure timely project completion.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with up to two years of related experience, strong communication, multitasking, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Flexible schedule with some overtime may apply.

Trane has a new exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Project PA for the Southeast Region. Locations for this role would be within the SE Region. Under direct supervision, the Project PA is responsible for transmission of Quoted work, FYLWs and ESUs, as well as POS for materials and regional project billing. This position is required to closely interact with the Area Service Manager and assigned service team members to ensure the timely completion of each project.

What you will do:

• Coordinates with various team members for accurate and timely processing of project work packages and transmissions.
• Responsible for general administrative functions to include processing purchase orders and initiating invoicing.
• Responsible for generating, interpreting, and printing various assigned reports.
• Communicates effectively with other team members.

What you will bring:

• High School diploma or GED and up to two (2) years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have strong communication skills, ability to multi-task, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proven experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a high-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $63,111.66 - $87,639.99
