Job summary

The Regional Programs Office Manager at UNC Chapel Hill oversees day-to-day operations, projects and communications for the Regional Programs Office, reporting to the Executive Director of Development for Regional Programs and Regional Development Officers.

The role organizes all large internal and external meetings and events for donors, prospects and University leadership, and assists in cultivation and stewardship activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Experience with databases, CRM systems, or other technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the Regional Programs Office.
• Plan and execute large internal and external meetings and events for donors and leadership.
• Develop and track the department budget and ad hoc project budgets.
• Serve as office manager and primary liaison for high-level prospects and internal partners.
• Support cultivation and stewardship activities across campus.
