Job summary

The American Red Cross seeks a Regional Program Specialist - Reserve to support SAF/IS programs in overseas locations. This role requires deployment to U.S.

military installations and managing emergency communication, volunteer coordination, and program reporting across multiple sites. Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required; or related equivalent experience.
• Experience: A minimum of five years related experience in program management is required.
• Preferred: A current, valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate emergency communication messages and related support services to military members and their families.
• Monitor and report program activities; identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Build relationships with military leadership, command staff, and installation partners; conduct outreach and education sessions.
• Recruit, mentor, and supervise volunteers; manage the volunteer lifecycle and compliance in the program area.
• Oversee deployment readiness, logistics, and support for mobile team deployments to overseas locations.
