Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration or related field.
• Minimum of five years' program management experience.
• Strong computer skills, public speaking, and written communication.
• Familiarity with military culture and Red Cross programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage emergency communication casework and liaison with families.
• Monitor program delivery and produce accurate reports and metrics.
• Outreach to military leadership, installations, and community partners.
• Recruit, supervise, and develop volunteers for SAF/IS and related programs.
• Oversee service delivery and deployment readiness for mobile staff.
