Job summary

Network Connex is seeking a Program Manager to lead a regional team delivering a high-volume portfolio of inside plant cabling projects in data centers. You will oversee 15–30 active projects, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and partner with field teams to meet customer requirements.

The role requires 5+ years of program delivery experience in datacenter environments, OSHA-30, and strong leadership across multi-project teams. Excellent communication and vendor management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project or program delivery experience in datacenter or related fields.
• Experience leading Project Managers and multi-project delivery teams.
• OSHA-30 Hour certification required (if not, must be obtained within 6 months).
• Ability to manage a regional portfolio of 15–30 active projects and 4–8 new starts monthly.
• Strong communication with executives, customers, field staff, vendors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of Project Managers delivering a high-volume portfolio of inside plant cabling projects.
• Ensure projects are on time, on budget, and meet customer requirements.
• Maintain forecast accuracy and monitor schedule adherence (>90% on-time).
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Participate in client interviews and pursue new contracts.
