Job summary

Network Connex seeks a Regional Field Operations Manager in the Virginia/Manassas region to lead field execution across a portfolio of hyperscale data center projects. You will oversee 3–4 Superintendents and 40–60 technicians, drive capacity planning, allocate field leadership, and ensure safety and quality across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in construction/low-voltage with field leadership
• OSHA-30 Hour certification required (First Aid/CPR preferred)
• BICSI Installer II or equivalent is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication across field and program teams

Responsibilities

• Own regional field capacity planning and crew allocation across active and upcoming projects
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity across the regional portfolio
• Manage supervision, foreman, and crew utilization and mobilization readiness
• Coordinate with Regional Program Manager and Program Director on pipeline and capacity risks
