Job summary

Network Connex seeks a Program Manager to lead a regional team delivering a high-volume portfolio of inside plant cabling projects in data centers. You’ll guide Project Managers to meet safety, schedule, cost, and quality targets while aligning with customer requirements.

You’ll oversee 15–30 active projects monthly and drive improvements in forecasting, budgeting, and stakeholder communication across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project or program delivery experience.
• Experience leading Project Managers and multi-project delivery teams.
• Data center, structured cabling, low-voltage, fiber/copper infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience with project forecasting, budgeting, and scheduling.
• OSHA-30 Hour certification required; certification within 6 months if not held.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of Project Managers delivering a high-volume portfolio of inside plant cabling projects in data centers.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget project execution and satisfactory client outcomes.
• Maintain 15–30 active projects with 4–8 new starts per month; manage backlog visibility.
• Monitor safety, quality, documentation, and change control; drive process improvements.
• Forecast, report, and manage project financial performance across a $20M–$40M regional range.
