Job summary

Network Connex is seeking a Senior/Project Superintendent to lead large-scale data center construction projects. You will provide advanced leadership, resource management, and cross-team collaboration to deliver safe, on-time, and within-budget outcomes.

You will mentor field teams, manage subcontractors and logistics, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in large-scale construction with 5+ years in a superintendent role.
• Experience managing mission-critical and hyperscale data center projects.
• Certifications: OSHA 30-hour, BICSI TECH, BICSI RCDD.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safety leadership: champion and enforce safety culture; lead audits and investigations.
• Quality & operations management: oversee field operations across sites; monitor schedules and budgets.
• Team leadership & development: coach superintendents; plan staffing and training.
• Client & stakeholder coordination: liaise with clients, GC, vendors; provide progress updates.
• Reporting & administration: ensure field reports; track costs and forecasts; support handover.
