Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client transitions focused on Lease Administration. You will manage onboarding, scope, schedule, and communications while coordinating across LA Ops, JBS, and Transition Leads to deliver seamless client experiences.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management and 3+ years in Lease Administration, plus strong MS Office/SharePoint skills. This role may travel up to 10% and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in project management.
• 3+ years' experience in Lease Administration.
• Experience with Lease Administration Technology Applications.
• Change Management, Communications, Six Sigma certification a plus / PMI certification.
• Expert skills in MS Office, SharePoint, and other applications.

Responsibilities

• Support projects through initiation and execution including ongoing follow ups, project success tracking, and reporting and escalation.
• Collaborate with LA Ops, JBS and Transition Leads on Account Management and Governance, Communications and Change Management.
• Co-develop and deploy change and communication management plans aligned with strategy; identify process changes and messaging.
• Ensure all workstream leads actively participate during transition and provide required information.
• Prepare project timeline plans and maintain transition tracking through completion.
• Coordinate system set ups, access requests, reporting review and data updates.
• Review data migrations and ensure data quality and completeness.
• Document processes and use governance tools to support program needs.
• Facilitate client-facing meetings and internal alignment activities.
