Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Regional Program Manager to lead CARE initiatives, coordinating regional onboarding and change-management activities for client transitions.

The role requires 5–7 years of cross-functional program experience, executive stakeholder management, and strong Microsoft Office skills. This position is remote with locations around Atlanta, Chicago, and Dallas.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of relevant business experience in program or project management.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Knowledge of Real Estate Management Services business models is valuable.

Aufgaben

• Lead the CARE workstream within regional transition projects.
• Ensure CARE elements including change management, communication, training, and employee onboarding plans are identified, created, executed, documented, and shared as required to meet client and account requirements.
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies including business cases for change, client communications and transition bulletins.
• Manage the training matrix to ensure all transferring employees receive role, process and systems training.
• Drive Day 1 readiness activities including onboarding documents, Account Orientations and buddy programs.
• Serve as regional point of escalation for questions or issues related to the CARE program and provide support for transition governance routines.
• Regularly review program performance to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of CARE programs and their project-specific requirements.
• Support regular and ad-hoc reporting including informal and formal and documents, reports, graphs, charts and presentations.
• Collaborate with wider COET team on other programs and initiatives as required.
