Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years of semiconductor equipment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or equivalent; Master’s/PhD a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides expert technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel in the Phoenix region.
• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, repairs, and debugs complex electromechanical equipment and related software/hardware.
• Mentors field and account engineers and may design or conduct training sessions.
• Leads platform field escalations and supports Lam platforms across Etch, Deposition, and Clean products.
