Job summary

BlueLinx is seeking a Regional Product Sales Manager responsible for developing and managing customer relationships for assigned products. You will guide cross-functional teams to deliver a winning portfolio and expand our internal wood products manufacturing offerings.

The role requires strategic product planning, coordination with manufacturing/engineering, and close work with branch leadership, sales, and marketing to achieve revenue goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in product management or product marketing.
• 5+ years in the building products industry; strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead product lifecycle from conception to launch and sunset.
• Develop and manage product roadmap, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and manufacturing teams.
• Forecast revenue and manage budgets and resources.
• Create sales tools, collateral, and training for field teams.
• Demos, partnerships, and licensing opportunities; monitor competitive landscape.
