Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Regional Product Manager to shape regional product strategy by translating field intelligence into actionable insights. You will lead market discovery, VoC initiatives, and competitive intelligence to inform planning and forecast decisions across North America.

The role partners with global product marketing and management, trains sales and support teams, and designs compelling demo experiences for external audiences. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer insight programs including Voice of the Customer (VoC)
• Credibility with both technicl and business audiences
• 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead regional market discovery, including VoC, win/loss analysis and market validation to uncover customer needs, adoption barriers and whitespace opportunities
• Translate field intelligence into actionable insight, synthesizing customer feedback, competitive signals and market trends into clear recommendations for product and business leaders
• Partner closely with global product marketing and product management to inform new product planning, feature tradeoff discussions and lifecycle and forecasting decisions
• Develop and maintain competitive intelligence across the QSC portfolio, including battle cards, differentiation narratives and objection-handling tools
• Drive regional NPI readiness by training sales, technical and support teams, coordinating pre-sales demo products and working across stakeholder groups to design demo experiences for external audiences
