Job summary

QSC seeks a Regional Product and Market Intelligence Manager to shape product strategy with regional insights and customer feedback. You will drive market discovery, support lifecycle decisions, and partner with marketing and product teams to translate data into actionable plans.

You will act as a regional authority, coordinating cross-functional efforts, training teams, and developing competitive intelligence to help sales and partners position Q-SYS solutions effectively across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, sales engineering or similar roles.
• Ability to translate market feedback into forecasts and business plans.
• Systems-thinking mindset connecting data points to market patterns.
• Excellent synthesis and communication to turn feedback into narratives.
• Analytical judgment with ambiguity and tradeoffs.
• Experience with Voice of the Customer (VoC) and market discovery.
• Credibility with both technical and business audiences.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional market discovery, including VoC, win/loss analysis and market validation to uncover customer needs, adoption barriers and whitespace opportunities.
• Translate field intelligence into actionable insight, synthesizing customer feedback, competitive signals and market trends into clear recommendations for product and business leaders.
• Partner closely with global product marketing and product management to inform new product planning, feature tradeoffs and lifecycle and forecasting decisions.
• Develop and maintain competitive intelligence across the QSC portfolio, including battle cards and differentiation narratives.
• Drive regional NPI readiness by training sales, technical and support teams, coordinating pre-sales demo products and designing demo experiences for external audiences.
• Act as the go-to regional product authority for QSC across sales, marketing, technical and leadership teams.
