Job summary

QSC is seeking a Regional Product and Market Intelligence Manager to connect customer needs with company vision. You’ll work at the intersection of market insights and product strategy, shaping how Q-SYS solutions are positioned, packaged, and delivered to partners across North America.

Based in the United States with hybrid work, you’ll lead VoC programs, competitive intel, and regional NPI readiness, partnering with global product marketing and management to influence roadmap decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and product fluency; experience in product management or related roles.
• Strong business acumen; translate market feedback into forecasts.
• Systems-thinking mindset; connect data points to market patterns.
• Excellent synthesis and communication; turn feedback into narratives.
• Analytical judgement; handle ambiguity and tradeoffs.
• Experience with customer insight programs (VoC, win/loss, market discovery).

Responsibilities

• Lead regional market discovery and VoC analysis to uncover needs and whitespace.
• Translate field intelligence into actionable insights for product plans.
• Partner with global product marketing and management on planning and tradeoffs.
• Develop competitive intelligence, battle cards, and objection handling.
• Drive regional NPI readiness and training across teams; design demo experiences.
• Act as regional product authority supporting sales, marketing, and leadership.
