Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Regional Product and Market Intelligence Manager to lead regional market discovery, capture Voice of Customer insights, and validate market opportunities.

You will translate field intelligence into actionable recommendations for product and business leaders, partner with global marketing and product management, and build competitive intelligence assets to support sales and pre-sales efforts.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate market feedback into forecasts and business planning.
• Systems-thinking mindset with ability to connect data points to market patterns and strategic tradeoffs.
• Experience with customer insight programs including VoC and market discovery.
• Credibility with both technical and business audiences; influence without authority.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across product, marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional market discovery and VoC programs to uncover customer needs and whitespace opportunities.
• Translate field intelligence into actionable insights for product and business leaders.
• Collaborate with global product marketing and product management for planning and lifecycle decisions.
• Develop and maintain competitive intelligence assets like battle cards and differentiation narratives.
• Drive regional NPI readiness by training sales and technical staff and coordinating pre-sales demos.
• Act as regional product authority supporting sales, marketing, technical and leadership teams.
