Job summary

QSC, owned by Acuity Inc., seeks a Regional Product Manager to lead regional market discovery, translate field intelligence into actionable product strategy, and inform go-to-market plans for Q-SYS solutions across market partners.

You will partner with global marketing and product teams, drive NPI readiness, and act as the regional product authority, with travel up to 1-40% and a strong focus on customer insights and market data.

Qualifications

Strong technical and product fluency across hardware/software environments.
Experience with customer insight programs including VoC, win/loss analysis, market discovery or similar efforts.
Credibility with both technical and business audiences across functions.

Responsibilities

Lead regional market discovery, including VoC, win/loss analysis and market validation to uncover customer needs, adoption barriers and whitespace opportunities.
Translate field intelligence into actionable insight, synthesizing customer feedback, competitive signals and market trends into clear recommendations for product and business leaders.
Partner closely with global product marketing and product management to inform new product planning, feature tradeoff discussions and lifecycle and forecasting decisions.
Develop and maintain competitive intelligence across the QSC portfolio, including battle cards and differentiation narratives.
Drive regional NPI readiness by training sales, technical and support teams and coordinating pre-sales demo products.
