Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification required within agreed timeframe after hiring.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize operations using P&L data.
• Oversee regional sales and franchisee performance.
• Ensure brand standards and safety compliance.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate regional managers and supervisors.
• Report region metrics to the Director of Franchisee Operations.
• Schedule and conduct store visits and audits.
