Job summary

Peerless-AV is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager with extensive Pro AV sales experience to promote Peerless-AV solutions, develop new business, and grow existing customer relationships throughout the assigned region.

The Regional Sales Manager will manage dealer, distributor and end-user relationships, cover a broad territory, and focus on profitable sales growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• At least 5 years in outside sales or related position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote Peerless-AV solutions across the assigned region.
• Build and expand dealer/distributor and end-user relationships.
• Manage region to maximize profitable sales growth and customer experience.
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams to meet sales objectives.
• Prepare and execute an annual region sales plan and monitor progress.
