Hubbell Incorporated seeks a Regional Pricing Analyst to lead pricing strategy for substation and transmission opportunities. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Business Unit leadership to shape go-to-market pricing using market dynamics and cost drivers.

This role requires data-driven decisions and strong execution across pricing tools and reports. With 5+ years in pricing or analytics, you will influence high-value bids, monitor margin and win rates, and deliver key pricing insights

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pricing, finance, analytics, or similar role with a proven track record.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with large datasets.
• Experience developing pricing from multiple functional inputs.
• Proficiency with SAP, Power BI or Tableau, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategy for substation and transmission opportunities.
• Evaluate market conditions, cost drivers, and competitive dynamics to inform pricing.
• Balance profitability, growth, and win rates in pricing decisions.
• Lead pricing for large-scale bids and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and BU teams to align pricing with value.
• Drive pricing decisions from quote origination through execution.
• Prepare pricing reports and present insights to Sales leadership.
