Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
3+ years of pricing analytics or related experience.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau; Python/R a plus.
Strong understanding of pricing methodologies: elasticity, value-based pricing, benchmarking.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

Develop, monitor, and report on price forecasting for Industrial Automation.
Develop and evolve pricing strategies tailored to Industrial Automation growth ambitions.
Lead pricing update calls with cross-functional teams and communicate strategies to stakeholders.
Support customer-facing teams with pricing insights and recommendations.
Conduct deep-dive data analysis on pricing, customer behavior, and price elasticity.
Build and maintain cross-reference tools to benchmark against competitors and identify opportunities.
Stay current on industry trends to proactively adjust pricing models.
