Job summary

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Business Unit leadership to support high‑value opportunities, improve win rates, and strengthen competitive positioning while leading pricing initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Engineering or related analytical field.
- 5+ years of pricing, finance, analytics, or similar role with a proven track record.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with large datasets.
- Experience integrating pricing inputs from multiple functions and data sources.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute pricing strategy for substation and transmission opportunities.
- Evaluate market conditions, competitive dynamics, and cost drivers to inform pricing decisions.
- Partner with Commercial Team to structure value-based pricing solutions.
- Drive pricing decisions on major projects from quote origination through execution.
- Prepare and present pricing reports and insights to Sales leadership.
