• Support quotation process, communicate missing data and obtain necessary approvals.
• Maintain tracking of specialized quotations.
• Provide responsive service to internal and external customers.
• Coordinate, analyze, and act on pricing, products and competition feedback.
• Assist Customer Financial Services with billing problems related to quotations.
• Support department projects as requested.
• Ensure high-quality interactions with field sales and distributors.
• Analyze problems and provide expeditious solutions.
• Deliverables with significant impact on profitability.
