Job summary

Trane Technologies plc is seeking a seasoned Regional Preconstruction Business Leader for North America Energy Services. You will lead the regional Preconstruction organization, coordinating Project Development, Engineering, and Design-Build/Estimating to deliver complex building and energy solutions from opportunity through execution.

You will shape regional strategy, balance risk and investment, and guide multidisciplinary teams to translate customer needs into technically sound, financially

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical project development or related fields.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and delivering results.
• Strong understanding of moving complex solutions from concept through execution.
• Strong business and financial acumen including forecasting and profitability.
• Proven ability to translate market needs into strategy and action.
• Experience partnering across Sales, technical teams, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Preconstruction performance including forecasting and profitability.
• Shape regional strategy and portfolio direction based on market opportunities.
• Guide resource decisions balancing value, investment, capacity and risk.
• Establish operating rhythms around pipeline, forecasting, and performance.
